Thank you for shopping at CanadaPets.ca. Our goal is to make it easy for Canadian pet owners to discover and purchase quality products from trusted Canadian pet suppliers.

Because we partner with suppliers located across Canada, shipping times and fulfillment may vary depending on the brand and product you purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Locations

CanadaPets.ca currently ships to addresses within Canada.

Because our goal is to support Canadian pet suppliers and serve Canadian customers, all orders are fulfilled by suppliers located in Canada.


Multiple Shipments

Since we work with a network of Canadian suppliers, items in your order may ship directly from different supplier locations.

If you purchase multiple items, they may:

  • Arrive in separate packages
    Ship from different Canadian warehouses

  • Arrive on different delivery dates

You will receive tracking information for each shipment whenever available.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier, product availability, and your location within Canada.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • 2–7 business days for most Canadian shipments

  • Remote or rural areas: delivery may take longer

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Supplier location

  • Product weight and size

  • Delivery destination

Some suppliers may offer free shipping promotions or flat-rate shipping, which will be displayed at checkout when available.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

If your order includes products from multiple suppliers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

CanadaPets.ca is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the supplier and carrier to help resolve the issue.
